In the 2022 Community Industry Trends Report, 38% of respondents said their top frustration in building community is that “it’s hard to quantify the value of the community.” And so, for the first time ever, CMX Hub announces March Metrics Madness, an entire month dedicated to helping community professionals quantify the value of their community.
