Hi there,
This is Rafy. I was OOO for more than 4 weeks and hence couldn’t send out a newsletter or release a podcast episode. Definitely, a mistake from my end. Say What?! Rewards for Communication in Internet Communities. Incentives matter. We do what is incentivized, avoid what is disincentivized, and ignore what is not incentivized. A key way to set incentives is through rewards. Give someone a trophy for winning, and they’ll try harder to win. This is such a good post by Ian Vanagas. Check out the full article here.
